Vanillaro. Refund & Returns Policy
At Vanillaro, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in delivering high-quality catering and event products. However, due to the nature of our services, we have specific guidelines for refunds and returns.
1. No Returns Policy
Due to health and safety standards, we do not accept returns on any food items or edible products once they have been delivered or picked up. This is to ensure food integrity and compliance with hygiene regulations.
2. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds only in the following cases:
Order Cancellation made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled delivery or event.
Order errors caused by Vanillaro (e.g., missing items, incorrect products).
Non-delivery due to an error on our part (not due to client absence or incorrect address).
Refunds are not granted for:
Change of mind.
Customer delays in receiving the order.
Incorrect information provided during order placement.
3. Custom Orders
For customized catering setups or large event bookings:
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking.
Full payment must be completed 24 hours before the event.
If cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the event, no refund will be issued.
4. Delivery Issues
If your order arrives damaged or significantly different from what was confirmed, please:
Contact us within 2 hours of delivery.
Provide photos of the issue for evaluation.
We will assess each situation individually and may offer a partial refund, replacement, or store credit depending on the circumstances.
5. Processing Time
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
